Photos from Aldersley Health Fair

You may have read in the local papers recently that Aldersley High School has officially opened a new BMX track.
Des Halestrap picks up the story…

Opening the new BMX cycle track at Aldersley School seemed too good an opportunity for the community to miss. The PALS(Pendeford Agencies Link Scheme) and the Local Neighbourhood Partnership got together to make a showcase exhibition around the area of health . Community activists have been delighted with the interest that the school has shown in being part of the wider Pendeford community. Readers might remember the widely supported Songs of Praise evening held as part of the 30 year anniversary of St. Paul’s.
St. Paul’s set up a stand at the fair and members were pleased to have Jim’s enthusiastic support.
I believe that members of St. Paul’s should continue to take an interest now that Aldersley have shown such a friendly and supportive effort to making Pendeford a nice place to live.

Des has uploaded a small selection of photographs from the day which he would like to share.
