Could you serve in the Oasis?

Could you volunteer a few hours a week to serve in the café when it re-opens?  You would be working as part of a team of three and training will be given.  Each ‘shift’ would last about three hours.

Speak to Jim if you would like to know more.

How far are we getting with this? My intention is to incorporate the staffing arrangements within the detail of a structured “business Plan document” If the volunteers don’t materialise in sufficient numbers there are two options I can see:

1 Open on a reduced time Ad hoc basis from December 3rd ,staffed by those avaialble at given

2 Postpone Opening until enough people volunteer to support the proposed shift patterns.

Given that we have no resources to employ any Staff, room for manoever is limited. The
project can only proceed with bodies on the ground who are motivated to support it.It
would be prudent to set a timescale for securing the required number of volunteers.

Sucess or failure in this endeavour determines our future planning decisions.
